After a detailed scrutiny of our project completed project “ Banashankri Garden” &on going project Nitya Chaitanya A & B wing has been awarded with 6 star & 5 star rating respectively.
The Conceptualization of the allocation of staggering terrace which facilitates the face to face interaction with the person in the next floor or the adjacent flat there by giving rise to a better social life and to take inmates as close to nature as possible this very idea made Chaitanya Associates to win the Credai state AWARDS awards during 2013 in the category BEST INNOVATIVE DESIGN for our apartment GURUPADMA . THE BEST FLATS within 1500 sq.ft. is also awarded in the same year for our apartment GANASINDHU.
The era of Awards has continued and CHAITANYA ASSOCIATES has bagged again the BEST INNOVATIVE DESIGN Award for the apartment BRAHMANANDA in 2015 from CREDAI State CARE awards.
