Chaitanya Kulkarni also served as the Assistant Governor of the RID 3170 and was adjudged as the BEST Asst.Governor of the year. He has constructed 119 toilets through Rotary in association with city corporation of B elgaum and is the project which has given a greater satisfaction.

Chaitanya Kulkarni is the proprietor of Chaitanya Associates carrying out the constructions of multi-storeyed residential apartments in and around the city of Belagavi. Chaitanya Associates is the member of The Belagavi Builders & Developers Association of India, Belagavi centre and CREDAI Belagavi centre. He is the charter secretary of The Belagavi Builders & Developers Association and has played a key role in the formation of BBDA, BAI & CREDAI Belagavi centres. Now he is serving as the President of all the three above referred organizations.
